When you purchase the ARTISTIC BEAR, you'll also select 3 paint colors.

The paint should be layered and mixed in the cup provided, then poured over your bear. You can also choose not to mix the paint for a marbling effect.

We also provide a handy paint brush for any smaller parts you may have missed.Once fully coated, let your bear stand to dry for a day. Then place the bear on its back and give it another day for its feet to dry.

Remember to have fun and experiment - there is no right or wrong way to design your bear :)

We suggest leaving your bear upright for one day and then laying it down for another  day to let the bottom of the bear's feet dry.

So in total you should expect 2 days.

Once you place your order, our warehouse team promptly initiates the processing, aiming to dispatch your order within 24-72 hours.

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a Tracking Number along with a link. If you ever wish to track the whereabouts of your bear, simply click on the provided link for real-time updates.If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email yet, kindly allow 2-3 business days, as there might be a delay in processing by our warehouse team.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, kindly wait for 2-3 business days, as there may be a slight delay in processing by our warehouse team.In case you've received the order confirmation but the tracking isn't updating, we recommend waiting for 30 days before reaching out to us. Occasionally, packages may experience delays or be randomly selected for inspection, impacting the delivery timeline.

As soon as you realize, please email us immediately.If your Artistic Bear hasn't been shipped, then we can still change it for you.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date the item reaches its destination. However, please note that not all items are eligible for returns.

Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product pages and/or during the checkout process.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Initiate the return of the item(s) within 30 days of delivery or receiving the order.
2. Ensure that the item(s) were not labeled as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.
3. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, maintaining their original condition, including tags, cards, or wrapping. We may request a photo of the item to assess its condition.

Yes, as soon as we've received your order we can initiate the refund and your money returned to you.
